Cabana Magazine is dedicated to ensuring your home is filled with pieces you love; therefore, we offer returns on most unused items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that bespoke orders, vintage finds, and opened textiles are considered final sale to preserve their unique heritage.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage your items in their original artisanal boxing and protective materials to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in pristine condition.

  Shipping and Labeling

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; return shipping fees will be deducted from your final refund.

  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our curators inspect the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
